The pictures below were taken at a concert at the Auditorium de Pigna, near Calvi in September 2004. L'Alba's music specialty is the amount and variety of instruments they've incorporated into their music, many authentically corsican. Some of the photo's below show the singers with a hand cupped over an ear. That's a traditional Corsican singing stance, allowing them to fine-tune their harmonizing with the other singers.
The outer top-row photographs are of the ceiling of the concert hall- beautifully and simply made out of cement.
